Burner Cleanings (recommended annually)
All our burner cleanings include: Change oil filter, change & adjust nozzle, change pump strainer and gasket, thoroughly brush heat exchanger, clean duct work in chimney, adjust draft, and run a full efficiency test.
The low water cutoff should be flushed periodically and we assume no responsibility for its operation. This will be done during the annual service if required.
Burner Contract (includes a burner cleaning)
The contract covers the servicing of one oil heating unit for one year and covers the repair or replacement of covered parts listed in contract. For a list of covered parts please e-mail or call us directly. All contract inquiries should be sent to the attention of Charlie.
